At 34 why do i have 8 anurysms?

I have 8 Aneurysms 5 leading into my Aorta vessel and a 2.0 size in that vessel and 2 in my lower stomache. I have many health problems I was diagnosed with a major bleeding disorder at premenstrual cycle.. I had Juvinial Arthiritis when I was young..My father just died at 54 of Cryoglobulinemia. I am only 34 should I have some concerned about these. They are keeping track of the larger one growing but for the rest of them what does this mean for me??
