I have a computer with AMD Sempron{tm} Processor LE-1100 1.91GHz,960mb of RAM Physical Address Extension?

whenever i install something in the computer or i shutdown the computer,and again when i restart again it seems like i have just installed new windows,,nothing gets saved into the hard disk,, So plss tel me wats going in the computer so that i can repair it.... reply soon...
