My mom is super cold to me. why?

Yesterday I went out with my baby in a strollet and my two dogs at the same time. One is a toy poodle and the other is a cocker spaniel. So I walkef to h er house and I tied the dogs to the stroller and had prfevt control of the stroller. Well when I got to her house 3 blocks away she got do mad and told.me that I could lose control of the stroller by having thr fogs with me. So she walked me back home and didnt t as lk to me the ehole.way back. She tok the dogs and I pushed the stroller. She was so pissed and I felt so baf about it , I just wanted to take a walk and bring the dogs dince because of the baby they hadnd had a walk in weeks! So do you tjink my mom overreacted? How do I deal with her since she constantly makes me feel like a bad mom?
