My Mac is taking up to 10-15 minutes to turn on. Why?

It started about 3 days ago when my mac have been taking up to 10-15 minutes just to log in to my account. I have no idea why! It's been perfectly fine before, and all the sudden it just never logged in. I normally have to force restart it a couple of times before it would actually work! Any reasons why and any solutions?
