Idk what to do about him!!!!?

Okay so this dude was dating a friend of mine, andve flirted since the beginnig, then i find out he flirted with 3 other girls during that time!!!! i tried to get over him but i think is impossible!!!! so after he broke up wit him he went out with my other friend!!!!! and he still flirts with me, asking to see my bra and stuff lk that, he wanted to skip lunch so we could hang...i didnt do any of it!!!!!!!!!! i just dnt kno if he lkes me, i mean he says he does, but ughhh idk plz help
