Problem after Ubuntu 11.04 installation?

disk check may have deleted your partition as it thought it was broken files. try reinstalling and just a tip: leaving a room while a computer is doing something major is NEVER a good idea. haha same thing happens to me all the time. i try to install xp on a new system and the thing is spazing out... i had no idea how to treat it because i had left the room. i wound up reinstalling and everything worked out fine.
