Broken blood vessel in eye I think?

So my 6 year old nephew came over to my house (we live next door to each other( and anyways he told me look at my eye I got blood in it! And I asked him what happen and he said he was in his pool with his brother & drunk parents & his dads family so I'm guessing some1 might of hurt his eye while they were all swiming!! & anyways I was so mad I started crying when he told me anyways his eye has a bloody spot in the corner of his eye! (the white part of the eye) What's gonna happen to his eye? Me & my family don't talk to my sister (his mom) so his mom don't care about his eye so my question is what's gonna happen to his eye ?
