Is it possible i'm pregnant?

i accidentaly cut my thumb yesterday and as i twitched i spilled a sperm jar and some of the sperm ended up in my cut... i felt nausea after two weeks... can sperm actually travel through my blood vessels and into my eggs and get me pregnant?
