Can Periactin benefit for the relief of toothaches?

I have a toothache on the top left of my mouth and the only medication I have is Periactin which I used for migraines. My doctor explained that it reduces inflamed blood vessels and I was wondering if that could help in any way with a tooth ache..If not, what can? I don't think I have anything else with me
