Is being the owner of a fishing boat a good way to make money?

A commercial fishing vessel costs A LOT more than 100k.....try millions. Its not really a good investment. You are basing your entire investment on basically luck. A bad storm, tidal changes, water temp fluctuations, negligence of the crew.....just a few things that can (and no pun intended) sink your ship. Remember, its called fishing for a reason.
