Quick real answer please?

would the varicocele embliazation fix ductal obstruction. and ductal obstruction is inflamtaion from a infection putting blockage in the sprem ducts and semen vessels. thats where infertility can be created to and i do have a varicocele. but yeah if any one has knowledge of that would be great ful if you can answer thank you.
