Will my pediatric cardiologist know I smoke weed?

I had heart surgery when I was a few days old (trans position of the great vessels). I am 15 now and get yearly check ups. I get a EKG, ECO, and a stress test. A stress test is when I run on a tredmill while they check my heart and my oxygen and co2 breathing. With these tests and my doctor checking my heart and lungs will they know I smoke weed?
