Can't remember manga name....?

So theres this girl... and she's running from these ppl for some reason (can't remember why) and she runs into this blind guy w/ a cane. She tells the guy she'll pay him and lk... hire him and stuff if he helps her out, so (very reluctantly) he helps her and totally goes all epic and a sword comes out of his cane and he slices them to hell, guns included. The police show up... etc etc.. they marvel at how the guns could be cut... ummm what else.. oh yeah theres this guy in the van...? That's all i remember help please? does anyone know this manga's name??
