I'm uhh um kinda afraid!?

girl sometimes its important to be flat out honest. I see two ways you could go with this. you could either wisper in your teachers ear and say that you started your monthly and need to go see the nurse. most likly she will be understanding. and if you hadnt of just sstarted and its a camp situation id just be like my stomach hurts really bad can i go to the nurse. by doing that your not lying about anything and your also not telling her its your period. you could also say i dont feel to well can i go to the nurse? its simple girl :)
